COME HOME TO YOURSELF.
LIVE THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE.
I believe we all want to experience being fully alive as our Truest Self, but often just don't know how to actually do it. That’s where I come in.
INVITATION
I invite you to join me in an experiential counseling process that is structured to support your inherent wholeness and empower you in coming home to yourself and consciously creating your life.
My counseling practice integrates somatic, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through deep presence and compassion. I draw from a wide range of holistic modalities including Mindfulness, Interpersonal Neuroscience, Embodiment practices, Transpersonal, Existential, authentic relating, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, with trauma-informed approaches applied tailored to the needs and goals of each individual client.
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is co-created by client and therapist where you are an active participant in our work. I take a non-pathologizing approach, meaning that you don’t need a diagnosis to better your life. I am passionate about spiritual and existential questions of how we find meaning and purpose, and how this translates into a life well-lived.

We are all on a journey of becoming our most authentic true selves and living the truth of who we are. It is my soul's gift to be able to hold a safe space for your growth and transformation in a way that can make your journey more conscious, empowered, and guided by your heart and soul instead of by fear based and adaptive coping strategies, masks, roles, and limiting beliefs.
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
